Yes. All new air conditioning units come with manufacturer warranties, and our installations include a workmanship guarantee.

Yes. We also offer supply-only options for customers who prefer to manage installation separately.

A standard back-to-back installation includes:

  • Up to 1 metre of piping and electrical cabling

  • 1 wall penetration

  • Outdoor mounting bracket

  • Gas and pressure testing

Any non-standard requirements will be discussed during the quotation.

Our normal service hours are Monday to Friday, 8:00–17:00, but urgent appointments may be accommodated upon request. Contact us for availability.

A back-to-back installation means the indoor unit is mounted on a wall that directly backs onto the exterior wall where the outdoor condenser is placed. This setup allows for minimal piping and electrical cabling, making it the most cost-effective and efficient type of installation. It includes up to 1 meter of piping, one wall penetration, mounting bracket, and connection to a nearby power source for 9000-18000 BTU Inverter units..

Yes. We offer a pickup and delivery service for customers who need appliances transported to and from our workshop for repairs or assessments. This service is ideal for larger or built-in appliances.

To arrange a collection, simply call us at 012 335 0796 or submit a request via our online contact form. Our team will confirm the pickup date and time that suits you.

Yes, a standard transport fee applies based on your location and the type of appliance. This will be clearly communicated before scheduling the pickup.

We can assist with upstairs collections or built-in units, but please notify us in advance as special handling or extra labor charges may apply.

Yes. You are welcome to bring your appliance directly to our workshop in Gezina, Pretoria during business hours. No appointment is needed for drop-offs.

Appliance assessments typically take 1 to 3 working days, depending on the complexity of the fault and the availability of parts and supplier pricing. We aim to provide a detailed quotation as soon as possible and will contact you as soon as the assessment is complete.

The R300 strip and quote fee is a non-refundable assessment charge that covers the time and expertise required to inspect, test, and diagnose your appliance. Once the appliance is stripped and assessed:

  • You will receive a detailed quotation for the repair.

  • If you accept the quote, the R300 fee is deducted from the total repair cost.

  • If you choose not to proceed, the fee remains payable for the diagnostic work performed.

This ensures that each appliance is professionally evaluated, even if the repair is declined.
